Scope
This policy covers Robert Beall Personal SMS Alerts, a private program for operational text notifications from Robert Beall's own tools to phone numbers he controls. There is no public enrollment, contact list, or marketing campaign.
Information used
The program uses the destination phone number, notification text, and delivery or opt-out status to send and manage alerts. Twilio and mobile carriers process the information needed to deliver text messages. The alerts report task completion, failure, or a need for Robert's attention.
Sharing
SMS opt-in data, consent records, and recipient mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is provided to messaging service providers only as needed to deliver and manage the alerts.
Frequency and control
Alerts may recur when enabled tasks produce notification events. Message frequency varies with those tasks. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help.
